How about, instead of trying to get Hollywood to adequately represent every possible combination of minorities, we tell our kids that what they see in Hollywood isn’t real and doesn’t matter.
Seems like it’s too hard for some white people to at least think about being inclusive so they come up with lukewarm ideas that fail to look into the problem.
I suppose like its so difficult for Tyler Perry to include Hispanic, Asian, Arab, Indian, Native American or national Africans into his movies?
Does it occur to anyone that most people don’t go out of their way to be inclusive, artistically or personally, so how to you ask someone to do it because they are White and should feel guilty and because it would benefit you?
